One point that has been raised since I wrote this review of the Bugaboo Donkey is that the baskets are open to the elements with no covers. The top basket is mesh with no lid. The lower basket especially in car seat mode is very open. I believe the raincovers, as with the Chameleon are individual for each seat thus leaving the baskets open to rain, wind or snow. Unlike the Chameleon, there is no drawstring on the underneath basket. Another point is that when the Donkey is in two wheel mode, say for a trip to the beach, that the basket folds in, leaving you with nowhere to put your picnic, rug, bucket and spade.
