		<description>Hi Christie. I don&#039;t have the + One in front of me but from the photos and my experience I would strongly suggest it does not lie flat. If you look closely at the photos you can see there is excess fabric ie a gusset either side of the back of the front seat. This to me doesn&#039;t look enough to lie the seat completely flat. Again from memory and the photos, the seat in the prototype (which is what we saw) has a buckle recline. So you release the buckle to a one recline position and I believe that is it. You can see the open buckle at the back of the front seat has been undone. 
Basically my belief is the front seat sits upright or has one recline. The back seat either lies flat or sits upright but there is no recline. We thought it was impossible the recline the front seat with a toddler sat upright in the back. But you probably could recline the front seat with a very small baby pushed right to the back of the back seat.</description>
