Britax B-Dual InformationABC Adventure Buggy with Toddler Seat Information
The Britax B-Dual 2011 is an inline tandem pushchair with numerous options offering flexibility to a growing family or to newborn twins. A great modular travel system with carrycot, soft cots, car seat fixing points and comfortable seats suitable from birth. Probably the best all round tandem on the market for pushability combined with storage space and good space / seating for the children, both in toddler and in newborn / travel system mode. The ABC Adventure Buggy Twin with top mounted toddler seat is unusual but brilliantly designed tandem pushchair suitable from birth with the reclining toddler seat carrying a huge 25kgs. A 3 wheeled off road pushchair but with a 4 wheel stability kit option. The ABC Adventure Buggy Twin looks great and is a lot of fun!
A travel system that works well for twins from birth or for a toddler and new baby. Many configurations including two car seats, two carry / soft cots and two seats and combinations of these. Good basket with side accessibility. A neat package with good handling. Large extendable hoods offering good sun protection. Easy to use as a single as well as a tandem. Integrated adaptors for upper car seat and carrycot. A very good option for twins.Great view and access to the child on top - fantastic for conversation! Easy to push even with a lot of weight on board. Large storage basket which converts into a rucksack. 3 or 4 wheel option. Baby can be fully reclined with a toddler in situ. Huge weight limit for the top mounted seats. Lots of extras are included in the package eg raincovers, footmuff etc.
Soft carrycot is tricky to get in and out of the bottom seat. Basket openings aren't large enough to get a large changing bag through and storage space is restricted with the soft cot and second seat. No foot rests for either child. Seats seem a little shallow for older children who struggle to sit up straight.Very long when folded - the only pushchair to date that doesn't fit in our car. The spring clips to remove the wheels / toddler seat etc are hard on the fingers. The toddler could kick the baby's head depending on each child's height. The lower seat head room is a little restricted. No carrycot or car seat option.

Britax Safe-Sleeper may be a good alternative to a carrycot or car seat for those early months.
The 2011 version has adaptors which push the seats further apart and makes the front seat higher. However the hood height has also been reduced from the previous model, but included in the box are two adaptors to extend the hood height by several more inches should you wish to.There is a choice of the reclining toddler seat which is suitable from birth, or the static toddler seat for older babies / toddlers.
The pushchair package includes the Adaptor Bar and Accessories; Canopy, Sunmesh, Raincover.
