Bugaboo Bee 3 Van Gogh

Bugaboo have just released details of their collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum to produce a special Bugaboo Bee³.

Van Gogh is one of the biggest personalities in fine art. He was inspired by Japanese woodblocks to try painting in this style, whilst on a trip to Arles where the fruit trees were about to bloom. He painted fourteen paintings of blossoming fruit trees.

Bugaboo and the Van Gogh museum have chosen the Almond Blossom, painted in 1890, design to represent new life and new beginnings. This is a great concept for this urban stroller.

The Bugaboo Bee³ has a green chassis and green leatherette handlebar to reflect the colour of the branches of the Blossom tree. The seat fabric and bassinet fabric is petrol blue like the clear sky in Van Gogh’s painting. The sun canopy, breezy sun canopy and the footmuff are covered in the print of this Almond Blossom painting. They are lined with a complimentary colour inside.

Bugaboo Bee³ Van Gogh pushchair will cost £659 which includes the Van Gogh stroller chassis, seat and sun canopy; or the Bugaboo Bee³ pushchair can be bought with the matching carrycot for £869 for the complete package.

Matching accessories, which are available separately, include the Bugaboo Bee³ bassinet tailored fabric £120; The Bugaboo Van Gogh footmuff £119.99; The Bugaboo Bee³ Breezy Sun Canopy £74.95.

The new Bugaboo & Van Gogh collection will be available from the end of March 2015 in limited numbers.
