The Doona is an amazing concept - a 0+ infant carrier which has fold down wheels. The Doona allows the parent to use the wheels to facilitate moving the baby easily from a to b, or to lift the child up off the floor when stationary. However, whilst the Doona is suitable from birth, please not that it is not a replacement for a pushchair or pram, and should be used for the minimum amount of time necessary or according to current guidelines for 0+ car seat use.

Amazing wheels which release from the side of the car seat. Extending handle for pushing. Rotating handle for carrying. Large seat. Hood. Storage options available. Car seat protector included in the box. Fail safe mechanisms to ensure correct use as a pushchair / car seat. Narrow and neat. No need for an additional chassis / adaptors in a car.

Expensive. We have concerns over the fit of the harness (please read our full review) - it is too loose; difficult to adjust correctly and left marks on the legs of our testers. The wheels can leave grit on the car seat although a car seat protector is included in the box. The wheels are noisy to release. Very heavy. Storage options are additional cost.
