Bugaboo & Andy Warhol – ‘The Flowers’ and ‘The Cars’ Collections

Bugaboo have teamed up with the Andy Warhol Foundation to produce four new Special Edition collections for their range of Bugaboo pushchairs.  These will appear in 2013 and 2014 beginning with the dramatic ’Flowers’ and ‘Cars’ collections.

The ‘Cars’ reflect Andy Warhol’s fascination with cars which he drew repeatedly throughout his life. We love the stunning ‘Flowers’ which are guaranteed to turn any head as you stroll by! We believe the ‘Flowers’ will be produced in different colourways, two of which are shown above.

These first two designs will be available to buy in May 2013. They will remain on sale for 12 months as a Bugaboo Special Collection.

The photos show the Andy Warhol Special Edition sun canopies on both the Bugaboo Cameleon³ and Bee strollers, but we know there will be Tailored Fabric Sets for the Bugaboo Cameleon³ and Donkey too at an expensive cost of £149.99 per seat unit! The Bee sun canopy will be £129. There will also be a ‘Flowers’ parasol which fits on the Bee, Cameleon³ and the Donkey. The parasol will be £60. All the sets will come with a painting of the flowers or cars.

We love how the promotional photos have been taken in typical Andy Warhol polaroid style. Beautiful!!
