Mamas and Papas Pliko P3 Pramette Review

I only used this pushchair in pram mode, so can’t comment too much on it in pushchair mode.

It is a fairly bulk, long fold and took up a lot of space in the car (Peugeot 207), but is narrow when in use, which makes it good for tight shops and using on buses where you need to squeeze multiple pushchairs into a gap. The fold is quite complicated at first, but gets easy with practice. I wouldn’t leave it with someone without them practising the fold/unfold a few times.

The steering and suspension are reasonable until you put lots of shopping into the quite large basket or on the handles. I imagine it would be quite a heavy push with a toddler in the seat.

The hood is a fairly good size, but I don’t think the seat is particularly big. The raincover zips onto the front of the hood and can be a bit fiddly to get on.

I would say this is a decent pushchair for the first 5 or 6 months, but I would get something else after then.
