Description:

The Babystyle Oyster is smart looking compact travel system with car seat and carrycot options. The Oyster has a reversible seat unit and is narrow. It is packed with good quality features like a button recline, easy pop off seat, adjustable footrest, autolock and large shopping basket. The Oyster has an amazing range of colour packs and a choice of chassis colour.

Pros:

Good value for money. Forward and outward facing. Large basket. Easily customisable with a large range of colour packs. Carrycot, seat unit and car seat options. Narrow - just 56cms wide. Integral UV sunshade and net. Folds with the seat on in both directions. Packed with features that are usually found on a higher priced pushchair. Extendable hood - both with a visor and zip out section. Adjustable handle. Seat pops off very easily. The hood slides up the frame to allow room for an older child.

Cons:

The child feels exposed in the seat. 2 handed fold. Oyster 1 is not suitable from birth without the carrycot. The harness is a bit short once the liner and footmuff are in place. The rear facing fold is long and an odd shape! The seat has a small ledge in the back which means some children don't look like they sit correctly in the seat. The hood doesn't push back flat against the seat. 2 step fold. Will fold with the bumper bar folded down - however the fold is not quite as compact.

The Triple Baby Jogger Summit XC is an all terrain triple pushchair to carry three children from 6 months old. plus. Pros:

Smart looking. Capable of carrying three children easily! Large weight capacity. Air tyres suitable for all terrain. Hand operated brake plus a rear parking brake. The seats go almost flat. Huge hoods, storage pockets, ventilation panels and 5 point harnesses.

Cons:

Very wide. Heavy - but not much more than the double version. Large when folded. Not suitable from birth as the seats don't lie flat

The T4 Quad Jogger is one of the few pushchairs on the market suitable for carrying four children. The T4 has large air tyres to make pushing four children around easier. The double front seat can be removed leaving a twin pushchair which is suitable from birth. The front toddler seat is suitable from approx 12 months or when a child is fine sat upright with no recline.

Pros:

Can carry 4 children! 2 from birth and 2 toddlers. The front seat can be removed leaving a good twin pushchair. Large shopping basket. Good air tyres.

Cons:

Not suitable for newborn quads. The front seat needs removing to fold. Heavy when folded. Large!!

T3 Jogger Triple

Description:

The T3 is a robust off road, twin pushchair with an additional toddler seat. Perfect for newborn twins with a toddler sibling, or for 3 siblings, or older triplets. The toddler seat is easy to remove leaving a good twin pushchair. The T3 is the ONLY triple option in the UK to have passed UK safety standards (BS7409). A stroller board can be added to give a quad option.

Pros:

Meets tough UK safety standards. One of the few pushchairs that can carry 3 children. Sturdy and robust. Off road. Comfortable twin pushchair with lie flat recline. Can take a stroller board. Should just fit through a standard doorway. Toddler seat is easy to remove. Good basket and storage. Adjustable handlebar.

Cons:

The toddler seat on front is fixed with no recline, so is only suitable for a toddler who is not likely to nap, and who are good at sitting upright. Shallow hood on the front seat. Very heavy!! Bulky when folded. Best suited to a family who walk straight from the house. With older babies, you need to be careful that the toddler is not standing on their feet - we recommend removing the toddlers shoes. The toddler seat fits into the bumper bar slots. Toddler seat needs removing to fold.

Description:

The Peg Perego Triplette is a an inline triple pushchair capable of having all 3 children facing forward or parent facing at the same time. The seats are suitable from birth. The Peg Perego also can fit 3 car seats on which makes it suitable for use from birth for short periods of time. All three children have identical, comfortable seats with hoods and leg rests. A steering wheel makes steering easy.

Pros:

The Triplette is the only inline, from birth, triple pushchair that we know of that is currently in production. Can take 3 car seats or 3 seat units. The seat units can face in either direction and all 3 seats can lie flat. The seats have 4 position recline back rests or two position footrests. Hood with toy loop. Huge basket.

Cons:

Long!! Very long!! Seats need removing to fold.

Description:

The Quinny Yezz is an incredibly lightweight, easy to carry pushchair for city life. It is made from the latest technology including a high performance glass fibre frame, skate wheels & rip stop fabric. The Yezz is easy to manoeuvre on its easy to push wheels. The frame is strong but light. Shoulder straps have been incorporated to enable the Yezz to be carried leaving both hands free for your little one.

Pros:

Lightweight - just 5kgs. Perfect for travel or for small car boots. Highly manoeuverable. Compact size when folded. Freestanding when folded. Large storage pocket. Great colours. Carrying strap. Surprisingly strong when open. Huge seat. Good for an older toddler who mainly walks but needs a lift home. Tall handle - but is not pushed like a typical pushchair - the Yezz simply glides along.

Cons:

Tips very easily with no protection to the child's head - our child had a lucky escape when the Yezz tipped on a wooden floor. We know of two Yezz pushchairs which snapped.
Expensive. Suitable from 6 months, and ideally older. Raincover is an expensive extra (and looks a little odd!). Is really an occasional pushchair, rather than every day. No storage basket. No recline. No travel bag.

Pros:

Lift up footrests, bumper bars, large hoods, adjustable handlebar, a large shopping basket, strap recline. Very lightweight and narrow for a side by side pushchair. Air tyres. Cupholder is included. Old fashioned by good storage locks!

Cons:

A bit tricky to open and fold. The footrests tend to pop up when the pushchair is opened and may need putting down again. The fold is a little bulky for such a small, lightweight pushchair. No hood viewing window. Bumper bars need putting down to fold.

The fabulous Baby Jogger City Mini Double has just got better with the addition of the City Mini GT Double!! The great features of the City Mini double remain ie the easy fold, the large basket, huge hoods. However the addition of forever-air tyres, a handbrake, adjustable handle and larger seat units will make the Baby Jogger City Mini GT Double simply one of the best side by side twin pushchairs on the market.
The City Mini GT Double has been updated to the GT Double 2 and now benefits from all wheel suspension adjustable calf supports and near flat recline. There are 3 colour options available and a wide range of accessories also each set can accommodate a child up to 22 kgs.
The first 10 images are the GT Double 2, the rest are the original model.

Pros:

Large seat units - bigger than the City Mini. Handbrake, adjustable handle. Huge hoods. Easier to access large basket with additional storage pocket. Upright seats which recline to flat so are suitable from birth. Option to have one or two compact carrycots - when 2 carrycots are added the seat fabric can be stripped off to make a great looking twin pram. Highly manoeuvrable. Folds very flat for a double. Removable auto close lock. Fits through a standard doorway.

Cons:

Any other cons are yet to be discovered, but all my City Mini Double cons have been addressed in the GT model, so hopefully it will be a perfect twin pushchair.

It also features a hand operated parking brake, removable auto lock for keeping the pushchair closed, an adjustable handlebar, peekaboo windows, better access to the storage basket and 8.5" forever-air wheels. Simply fantastic!!
The Baby Jogger City Mini GT has been updated to the City Mini GT 2 and is now suitable for a child up to 22 kgs and features all wheel suspension.

Pros:

The Baby Jogger City Mini is one of the most useful pushchairs currently on the market. The addition of the handbrake, adjustable handlebar, auto lock and forever-air tyres onto the GT just takes the City Mini onto another level. All the pros of the City Mini are still there - highly manoeuverable, compact fold, one handed easy pull fold, large storage basket and mesh pocket. Suitable from birth. Lies flat. Large seat unit that is now even bigger. Can take a car seat, choice of 3 carrycots with or without fabric in place). Huge hood. The Baby Jogger City Mini GT promises be one of the very best pushchairs on the market.

Cons:

A little on the wide side for a single. The low hood rim for an older child (allieviated by opening the hood one fold)
