Description:

The Chicco NuNu is a stylish pushchair which is suitable from birth. The NuNu cleverly converts from a parent facing pramette into a forward facing pushchair with everything you need in the box. The NuNu has a large seat which will accommodate a taller toddler. The addition of the Auto-Fix Fast car seat, which has matching fabrics, makes the NuNu into an easy to use travel system with no requirement for adaptors. The NuNu has very adjustable handlebars. Pros:

Smart, stylish with good quality fabrics. Large seat. Bumper bar included. Suitable from birth - the seat converts into a pramette and then into a pushchair. One handed recline. Easy fold - stands when folded. Matching car seat to form a travel system. Good price. Raincover, footmuff and changing bag included in the price.

Cons:

Heavy. Takes a bit of time to convert from Pramette to Pushchair, but you only need do this once for each child.

Description:

The Micralite Toro is an unusual looking pushchair, but it is well loved for its amazing manoeuverability and compact easy fold. The rear air tyres and the addition of an all terrain kit make the Toro brilliant off road. Very lightweight. Suitable from birth with a carrycot or car seat. The seat unit is comfortable and easy to recline. Great value for money.

Pros:

Lightweight. Easy to push. Quick and easy to fold. Compact and freestanding when folded. Highly manoeuverable one handed! Great on all terrain - there is an additional all terrain kit available. Carrycot and car seat options. Value for money. Robust. Looks great.

Cons:

The front wheels are wider than the rear which takes some getting used to. The seat unit is quite buckety. Low handles - but extenders are available. Small basket.

The Micralite Twofold is a revolutionary pushchair that grows with your family from one child into a pushchair capable of carrying a newborn and toddler; two toddlers or a toddler and an older child standing on an integral platform at the rear. The Twofold has an optional 40 litre shopping bag, and can take a car seat or carrycot. The Micralite Twofold is light, small when folded and should be able to cope with multi terrains.

Pros:

The Micralite Twofold should truly carry your family through all the different stages of one or two children with options for a newborn, toddlers and an older child. Lightweight. All terrain. Carrycot and car seat options. The chassis extends to be neat and compact for one child or extends for the addition of the second seat or shopping bag. Integral standing platform which is very easy to flick in and out at whim. The rear child's feet are not in the basket so this can be fully utilised.

Cons:

Difficult to get up kerbs or small steps. Basket access is poor. Handlebars need setting up each time prior to use.

Additional information:

The chassis of the Twofold unlatches and cleverly slides out thus extending the wheelbase giving greater stability when the second seat or basket are needed. The second seat attaches behind the front seat and basket.

Both seats are suitable from 6 months old. However, do note there is no recline on the rear seat, thus we would not recommend using it for a child who naps.

Description:

The Smyths Dimples Duo has some brilliant seating options for a newborn and toddler. There is the option to see the baby parent facing whilst the toddler sits upright looking forwards as well as other possibilities. The Dimples Duo has a good sized basket and comes with two footmuffs. The Dimples Duo folds neatly and is easy to push. The Dimples Duo is extremely competitively priced.

Pros:

Brilliant price for the seating options that the Dimples Duo offers Footmuffs and raincover are included in the price. Lie flat seat for a newborn plus a reclining toddler seat. Pushes well. Plenty of room for both children. Basket space. Small fold.

Cons:

Seats are a little small with low hoods. The chassis and wheels look cheap and the quality across time is unknown.

The Bugaboo Cameleon³ is the next generation of the iconic and fabulous Cameleon pushchair. The Bugaboo Cameleon³ features everything from the previous Cameleon's but has been improved to give better functionality, ease of use and aesthetics. 90% of the Cameleon has been redesigned for the Cameleon³. The Bugaboo Cameleon³ includes the pushchair, chassis, carrycot and raincovers. Car seat adaptors can be added to form a travel system. But all round the Bugaboo Cameleon³ should be one of the best pushchairs on the market.

Pros:

Light and easy to use - the unfolding can now be done one handed and is much easier. The chassis will lock automatically. The carrycot will be easier to fold. Better harnesses, better braking system, hinged carrying handle / bumper bar and quick release wheels are all improvements to this easy to use pushchair. The Cameleon comes with carrycot fabric and hood. The choice of colours now includes black as a base colour. The Cameleon 3 can take a car seat. It has a flip handle so that the pushchair can be pushed easily over rough terrain. There is a 2 wheel mode too for pulling eg across the beach. The basket will be bigger. Flat when folded. Highly manoeuverable and easy to push. Easy to customise with a fresh look. All round a fab pushchair.

Cons:

Price - expensive and the options for customising are tempting!
