Description:

The Mountain Buggy +One is an inline pushchair with a difference. Based on a modified Urban Jungle chassis, it will has two seats, one raised slightly behind the other. The rear seat lies flat to enable a newborn baby to lie flat on the included mattress (note the new 2015 +One no longer has a cocoon). The +One has a seat capacity of 20kgs each, or 25kgs in single mode. There is a good covered shopping basket and chunky wheels is great off road or in town.

Pros:

Two seats within essentially a modified single chassis. So this pushchair works equally well as a single pushchair. One child is slightly raised above the other. This is a Mountain Buggy so the build quality and off road ability is good. This pushchair is well balanced well, easy to manoeuvre and push with two children in it. Large shopping basket. Waterbottle is included.
A car seat or carrycot can go onto the +one but in single mode only.
The Mountain Buggy +One is brilliant for older twins or siblings - a perfect pushchair for your children to move into once they have outgrown their baby / toddler pushchair.
The new 2015 +One has two reclining seats.

Cons:

The front seat will recline but only a small amount. Having the front seat reclined also means that the front child is nearer the rear child. This will compromise their leg space on the deepest recline, (it does not compromise on a slight recline), but also leaves the front child open to 'attack' from siblings from behind - however well meaning it may be! So having a child who understands not to touch / stroke / poke their sibling is important!
The +one is long and tall, especially with the hood on the higher settings ie for an older child. The hood does not meet at the rear - there is a small gap. The rear child could easily kick the front child from underneath the seat or pull their hair / generally annoy from behind. Long when folded. Raincover is not included.
The new 2015 +One is fiddly to recline the seats.
