The Babystyle Oyster Max is a stylish and smart looking single pushchair with a hidden secret. The Babystyle Oyster Max converts very easily into a tandem for two children with the addition of a second seat kit.The Oyster Max can take a carrycot and a choice of car seats, and in tandem mode, it can take a 2 car seats, 2 carrycots, 2 seat units or any combination of these - so great for twins or siblings. The Babystyle Oyster Max is one of the best tandems we have tested to date - superb to use, easy to manoeuvre and small folded!

Pros:

The Oyster Max is stylish and good looking. It is a single which transforms into a double easily. At approx 59cms wide, its also narrow for a tandem. The main seat can either parent or forward face. The second seat can forward face. The Oyster Max is a great twin option with a choice of two car seats, two carrycots or two seat units, or any combination of these. The Oyster Max works brilliantly and is easy to handle and use. Large storage basket. Great colours! Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The lower seat only has a small recline and a small hood.
The user may kick the carrycot when in the lower position, but users report they adjust their stride.

Additional information:

There is 38cms between both seats when forward facing. With the upper seat parent facing, and the lower seat upright and forward facing there is 26cms between the seats.
Please note that our measurements were done on the prototype Oyster Max and may be different on the finished model.
